Wash hands and lubricate the exerciser with Water-based Personal Moisturizer before insertion. Slowly push into the vagina past the PC muscles, leaving the cord outside of the body for easier removal. Complete your exercise routine daily, preferably each morning. Graduated weights allow you to work towards your pelvic floor goals slowly. Do not use an exerciser during sexual activity. The exerciser may be used during menstruation only in tandem with a pad; do not use the exerciser and a tampon at the same time.
